About the Role
We are hiring entrepreneurial spirits with new homes sales experience for a residential builder. Sales Consultants generate leads and welcome potential buyers to the community, partnering with home buyers throughout the process—from initial contact, showcasing home models and community features, through the contract process, and up to the day of closing. This is a commission-based role offering a six-figure income potential for disciplined, success-driven individuals.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads to attract potential home buyers to the community.
- Guide buyers through the entire sales process, from initial greeting to closing.
- Showcase home models and community amenities.
- Prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations.
- Work weekends and some holidays in a commission-based environment.
Requirements
- New homes sales experience with a residential builder (required).
- Minimum High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance coverage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
- Ability to prepare written documentation and perform contract calculations.
