New Home Sales Associate/Assistant
About the role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals who love relationship-building and truly have a passion for delivering a great experience. Previous new home sales experience is not necessary. Your responsibility is to bring a great attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
Responsibilities
- Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with prospective homeowners, realtors, homeowners, etc.
- EFFECTIVELY communicate with prospective homeowners, realtors, homeowners, and team members
- Present the build process to prospective homeowners
- Various administrative tasks
- Variety of marketing tasks
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends, evenings & some holidays is required
- Driven to excel
- Enjoy learning and taking on new challenges
- Enjoy building relationships with people
- A positive, team-player attitude
- Bachelor’s degree or experience in sales, marketing, communications, hospitality or related customer-facing roles
