Responsibilities

• Planning and coordinating patient care
• Assessments
• Education
• Triage
• Nursing interventions
• Collaborating with healthcare team members, including physicians, to deliver and evaluate care
• Providing empathetic care throughout all stages of preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• Demonstrating clinical competency and utilizing comprehensive nursing expertise

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA)
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state; multistate licensure if applicable
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications
