Location: Western, Kansas

Client population: Children ages 1–18 with tracheostomies, ventilators, and g‑tubes. Nurses provide one‑on‑one care to help these children thrive safely at home.

Training & support

• Specialized, hands‑on training in ventilator, tracheostomy, and g‑tube care — no prior experience required.
• 24/7 support from a dedicated team.
• Pediatric experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is the primary requirement.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• No prior pediatric or home health experience required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Pay

• $2,500 sign‑on bonus.
• Shift differentials: +$2/hour for nights, +$2/hour for weekends.

Schedule

• Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN positions available.
• Shifts include days, nights, evenings, and weekends.
