New Graduate Registered Nurse (RN)

About the role

The Registered Nurse New Graduate program is accepting applications until July 13, 2026, with an NCLEX test date requirement by July 30, 2026. The program starts on September 8, 2026, requiring availability for 12-18 weeks of didactics and clinical preceptorship.

Responsibilities

• Performs professional role functions in accordance with scope of practice and professional standards.
• Demonstrates knowledge and ability to use and/or lead the scope of practice, professional standards, and accreditation/regulatory standards.
• Demonstrates the ability to assess professional role performance, current knowledge of theory and principles related to discipline-specific practice, and a population-based approach to determine patient needs.
• Maintains compliance with all job and physical requirements as outlined in the job description or through workplace accommodations.

Requirements

• BLS (American Heart Association)
