We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. The posting includes purpose and scope, principal duties and responsibilities (patient care, maintenance/technical, clerical & administrative, other), physical demands and working conditions, supervision, education and required credentials, experience and skills. No explicit benefits, pay, schedule. So we should not create those sections. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate like EOE, disability/veterans? That's at end, maybe we can drop as it's boilerplate EEO. Also "SUPERVISION: None." maybe we can include as a short p. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading (not present). No Job ID. We need to format content. Let's decide sections: - About the role (purpose and scope) - Responsibilities (principal duties and responsibilities) maybe break into subcategories? Could keep as list. - Requirements (education and required credentials, experience and skills) - Physical Demands and Working Conditions (maybe as its own section) - Supervision (maybe short) We need to decide headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Physical Demands and Working Conditions, Supervision. We must not create Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we can list each duty as
    • . For requirements we can list education, credential timeline, etc. We must preserve all substantive info: include details like "Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment." etc. We need to be careful not to lose any detail. We'll convert paragraphs into

where appropriate, but for lists we use

      • . We need to avoid duplication. SUPERVISION: - None. EDUCATION AND REQUIRED CREDENTIALS: - Graduated from an accredited nursing program within the past 12 months EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: - Required to obtain nursing license within 90 days of employment. EOE, disability/veterans (boilerplate, drop) Now we need to map to sections. About the role: purpose and scope. Responsibilities: principal duties and responsibilities (maybe we can keep as a single list, but we could also break into subheadings? Not required; we just need headings for sections. Could keep as one
with all duties. Requirements: education and required credentials + experience and skills (obtain license within 90 days). Could combine. Physical Demands and Working Conditions: as its own section. Supervision: maybe as its own short section. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not needed. Now produce HTML. We need to use

for each section heading. Inside each section, we can have

          for prose and

          • for lists. For About the role: we have multiple sentences; we can put them in a

            or multiple

            . Probably one

with the content. For Responsibilities: we have many items; we can put them in a

            • . Might be long but okay. For Requirements: we have education and required credentials (graduated from accredited nursing program within past 12 months) and experience and skills (required to obtain nursing license within 90 days of employment). Could be two
            • items. For Physical Demands and Working Conditions: we have many sentences; could be a

              or multiple

              . Might be better as

with line breaks? But we can keep as

with sentences separated by spaces. For Supervision: just "None." could be

              None.

Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EOE. Let's craft. Check for any repeated lines: none. Now output HTML fragment. We'll start with

              About the role

              then

              ...

              Then

              Responsibilities

              then
              • ... each duty. We need to ensure we include all duties exactly as given. Let's list them: Patient Care: - Performs vascular access evaluation pre-treatment. - Performs and records Pre and Post dialysis evaluation, weight and vital signs with initial identification. - Performs vascular access cannulation and reports any difficulties in cannulation or unusual findings to nurse supervisor. - Initiates dialysis treatment according to prescribed orders including blood flow (QB) and dialysate flow (QD). - Evaluates intradialytic problems and provides intervention as prescribed by physician order or as directed. - Monitors patients’ response to dialysis therapy. - Obtains vital signs prior to reinfusion; performs all relevant functions necessary for the discontinuation of treatment and documents appropriately. - Evaluates patients prior to termination of venous access - standing & sitting blood pressure. - Obtains hemostasis and applies appropriate dressings. - Evaluates the patient prior to discharge. - Documents information related to patient treatment include documentation in the patient health record. - Reports any significant information and/or change in patient condition directly to the nurse supervisor. - Performs and documents interventions for unusual patient status and document patients' response to intervention. - Obtains all prescribed laboratory testing and prepares specimens for collection. Maintenance / Technical: - Conducts all tasks necessary for preparation for dialysis treatment and documents where appropriate. - Maintains environmental integrity and aesthetics - ensures all areas are safe and clean. - Cleans and disinfects dialysis machine surface, chair, equipment, and surrounding area between treatments according to facility policy. - Performs all required pretreatment dialysis machine set up and testing. - Ensure that all blood spills are immediately cleaned with appropriate disinfectants according to facility policy. - Prepares, organizes, and efficiently utilizes supplies and equipment to prevent waste. Clerical & Administrative: - Enters all treatment data into the designated clinical application accurately and in a timely manner. - Reviews health care record for completeness and ensures omitted entries are completed or corrected where appropriate. - Prepares lab requisitions for prescribed or stat lab specimens according to laboratory destination. - Collects, labels, appropriately prepares and stores lab samples according to required laboratory specifications. - Ensures collection of lab specimens by appropriate lab courier.
