Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Educating patients and families on managing illnesses, post-treatment care, and medication use.

- Creating and implementing care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team.
- Monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as needed.
- Contributing to safety and quality compliance and engaging in professional growth.
Qualifications
- Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
