Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in their homes
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Perform basic diagnostic procedures as needed
Requirements
- Current valid nursing license in U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- CPR in good standing
