Responsibilities
Our entry-level civil and structural engineers play a vital role in designing and strengthening critical infrastructure that supports the world’s energy and environmental systems. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the safety and resilience of power plants and renewable energy facilities
- Leading environmental remediation projects
- Solving real-world challenges with lasting impact
Qualifications
- Graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an ABET-accredited school in Civil Engineering (with a structural focus) or Structural Engineering
- Available to start between January 2026 and July 2027
- Preferred courses: Steel, Concrete, and Structural Analysis
- Solid working foundation in major’s core concepts
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to climb stairs and ladders, navigate client sites, and work outdoors
- Willingness to travel for client and company projects/meetings
