About the role
Novice Nurse – Registered Nurse and/or Licensed Practical Nurse with less than 12 months of experience, participating in a specialized training program.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor effectiveness, and document progress.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and communicate with supervisors or physicians.
- Document collaboration and care coordination, ensuring safety and proper use of equipment.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN license and current CPR certification.
- PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
