The Field Engineer I will undertake a variety of construction disciplines such as Safety, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations. The role involves responsibility and decision-making authority, focusing on managing those who perform manual labor rather than performing it directly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Requires broad theoretical job knowledge typically obtained through advanced education.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction disciplines including Safety, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations.
- Exercise responsibility and decision-making authority in field operations.
- Actively and independently manage personnel performing manual labor.
