About the role

The Hospital Medicine Fellowship Program aims to cultivate doctor-leaders by bridging clinical practice and leadership, equipping future hospitalists with skills to integrate bedside care into strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills through hands-on experience in hospital medicine
• Collaborate with senior hospitalists and other healthcare professionals to improve patient care
• Engage in research and scholarly activities to contribute to the field of hospital medicine
• Participate in educational initiatives to train and mentor junior hospitalists

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Completion of an accredited internal medicine residency program
• Passing scores on the USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 exams
• Strong interest in hospital medicine and leadership
