We promote from within, Finance Managers and Desk managers that were promoted from Sales. We have also promoted sales reps to Assistant store managers under 1 1/2 years! Average Salesperson makes $6-7k each month. Our top associates make $10,000 - $15,000 a month. We have an open sales floor; you have availability to sell both new and used cars. Responsibilities: Consistently drive vehicle sales to meet monthly sales goals.Provide buyers with excellent customer service from start to finish on all offers.Sell honestly / with attention to detail to minimize sale risks.Use sharp negotiation skills to maximize sales revenue.Maintain dialogue with customers to ensure accurate and competitive market pricing.
