About the role

Under limited supervision of the Director of New Development provides technical design and constructability reviews of developer engineer prepared permitting packages for the construction of water and wastewater systems to serve new development.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical design and constructability reviews of developer engineer prepared plans, specifications, and calculations for the extension of water and wastewater systems to serve new development.
• Provides technical design and constructability reviews of developer engineer prepared plans, specifications, and calculations for water and wastewater “Service Only” projects.
• Ensures compliance with criteria set forth under CWS’s Water & Wastewater Policy Manual, Minimum Standards for the Design & Construction of Water and Wastewater Systems (Minimum Standards),
