About the role

Receive inbound application calls from potential new customers.
Utilize effective sales/negotiating skills to acquire applications and up-front fees.
Gather information and enter data from applicants through inbound and outbound calls.
Advise and educate applicants on information regarding their specific application.
Deliver the best possible experience with every contact.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Full-time position, Monday-Friday 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, every third Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Part-time position, Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM, every third Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • No Sundays!

Qualifications

  • Training Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length.
  • Ongoing training opportunities for continuous improvement!

Skills

  • Effective sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to gather and enter data from applicants.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

Pay

Pay Base wage starting at $17.25-$19.15/hr. with opportunities to increase take home pay. Top 60% of associates are eligible for incentives. Career path from Associate I to Associate IV – each step earning an increase in pay! Earn up to an additional $3.50/hr. when working non-traditional hours. Bilingual skills will be compensated in the form of a 10% differential.

Schedule

Full-time: Monday-Friday 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM, every third Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Part-time: Monday-Friday 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM, every third Saturday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No Sundays!
