Responsibilities
- Create full plan and specification take-offs
- Develop well-written proposals
- Create new national chain accounts
- Maintain lasting relationships with clients
- Closely follow up on proposals
- Attend field meetings and network
- Manage projects effectively
- Solve problems and think critically
- Support other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Knowledge of commercial overhead coiling doors and sectional doors
- Ability to perform plan takeoffs and read specifications
- Strong English and Spanish language skills (preferred)
- Experience in estimating and project management
- Proficient in computer software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving attitude and mechanical inclination
- Excellent organizational skills
- Background in construction
- Prior college education preferred

Requirements
- Must be able to commute to Baldwin Park, CA
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in commercial door sales, plan reading, estimating, and new construction project management
- Must be a motivated individual
