New Construction HVAC Duct Mechanic

Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking a New Construction HVAC Duct Mechanic to join their team. This position is part of a dynamic and collaborative environment dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose all aspects of HVAC systems
• Provide customers with repair options and pricing
• Order necessary parts for installations
• Collect payment upon completion of work
• Ensure all work complies with local and national codes

Requirements

• Experience in installation of different duct types (rectangle, spiral, oval, flex, etc.)
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work well with others and follow instructions
• Willingness to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Pass background and drug tests
• Attention to detail and results-driven mindset

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• Knowledge of blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Ability to work a 40-hour workweek

Skills

• Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication and assembly
• Experience with insulation and sealing techniques
• Understanding of safety protocols and personal protective equipment
