What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the Sales Team: Manage and inspire the new car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and optimize new car inventory, ensuring an excellent selection for customers.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a luxury sales experience that exceeds customer expectations, fostering relationships and long-term loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to maximize performance and profitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance, service, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
- Training & Development: Mentor, coach, and train sales team members to excel in their roles and grow within the company.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record as a New Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry, Mercedes-Benz experience strongly preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and hold a team accountable to achieve goals.
- Customer Focus: Strong understanding of Mercedes-Benz customers with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for Mercedes-Benz Vehicles
