New Cafe Opening Manager (NY)

Knowledge and Responsibilities

• Trains Franchise Owners and General Managers on basic management functions.
• Arrives on site ahead of full NCO Team to test and calibrate equipment and ensure the café is prepared for training.
• Directs the reception, organization, and storage of initial product, smallware, and disposable orders, ensuring health and safety codes are met.
• Hangs compliance signage and ensures marketing and promotional materials are to specification.
• Provides training to Owner/GMs and all FOH and BOH teams on understanding and creating a culture aligned to Paris Baguette’s Mission, Vision, and Brand Values.
• Trains Owner/GMs and all FOH and BOH teams on adhering to the highest standards of product quality.
• Works collaboratively with Owner/GM to provide feedback on staffing and make recommendations for any gaps.
• Collaborates with NCO Production Manager to train Owner/GM on inventory management and production processes.
• Supports the opening process by working closely with Training and Development, District Production teams, and Franchise/District Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Restaurant experience/Bakery Café experience preferred.
• Solution-oriented management style.
