About the Role
As Sales Manager, you will lead and develop Freed's team of Account Executives while owning the execution of our B2B sales motion. You will be responsible for helping the team consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets through rigorous coaching, disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and hands‑on support in strategic opportunities. You will inherit a team of three Account Executives and play a critical role in scaling the organization as revenue grows. This is a highly operational and customer‑facing leadership role.
