Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound calling campaigns to independently owned collision centers
  • Met or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets
  • Identify and summarize actionable leads for Development follow up appointments
  • Track and record all interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate data and follow-up actions
  • Provide clear, concise information about our collision repair offerings and the benefits of our services
  • Handle objections professionally, aiming to convert calls into qualified leads and appointments

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Undergraduate degree is preferred
  • Previous experience in a call center or insurance / estimator environment is a plus
  • Strong verbal / written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Excel & CRM tools
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle sensitive and potentially stressful situations with professionalism

Work Environment

This is a remote role.

Compensation

  • Compensation Range: $17.10 - $30.50
  • Compensation Frequency: Hourly
  • Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
