Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calling campaigns to independently owned collision centers
- Met or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales targets
- Identify and summarize actionable leads for Development follow up appointments
- Track and record all interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate data and follow-up actions
- Provide clear, concise information about our collision repair offerings and the benefits of our services
- Handle objections professionally, aiming to convert calls into qualified leads and appointments
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Undergraduate degree is preferred
- Previous experience in a call center or insurance / estimator environment is a plus
- Strong verbal / written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Excel & CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive and potentially stressful situations with professionalism
Work Environment
This is a remote role.
Compensation
- Compensation Range: $17.10 - $30.50
- Compensation Frequency: Hourly
- Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
