New Account Installer - Temporary

About the role

As a New Account Installer, you will ensure new customers are highly satisfied with Cintas's products and services by coordinating the initial delivery of products after the account is sold.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and other Cintas departments to coordinate product delivery
• Install and repair bulk product dispensers using hand and power tools
• Ensure uniforms, floor mats, and other products are left in the agreed-upon location at the customer’s site
• Set a tone of excellent service for every customer relationship
• Drive a company-owned van or truck to and from new customer locations
• Lift, walk, and deliver new products within the customer’s business

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs, including:
  • Active driver’s license
  • At least 21 years of age
  • DOT medical certification (prior to first day of employment)
  • Documentation of previous employment

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
• Route sales experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Plumbing experience
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer acceptance
