Seeking Candidates in Nevada. The Engagement Lead will serve as the bridge between REDi’s internal expertise and the hospitals and health facilities we support - building trust, driving execution, and helping hospital leaders move from insight to action with confidence. You will also both teach the improvement process and guide client teams through improvement projects. This role will guide rural hospital and clinic relationships from engagement launch through ongoing partnership, ensuring clients receive exceptional support, measurable value, and a clear path forward for continued improvement and expanded collaboration.
