What You Will Do

  • Establish a daily cadence of presence in customer accounts through lab visits, case coverage, stroke call, and training and education
  • Provide in-servicing and clinical information to end users in and around procedure rooms and surgical suites
  • Communicate with customers to understand account needs and patient populations, and identify opportunities to introduce Rapid Medical technology
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management, and resolve issues that arise post-sale
  • Solve customer questions by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to management
  • Introduce customers to new products, services, and enhancements
  • Support market development efforts that increase the number of patients able to receive our treatment
  • Maintain and grow professional and technical knowledge through training, workshops, publications, and professional societies

How Performance is Measured

This position does not carry an individual sales quota. Performance is measured through quarterly business objectives and your contribution to converting market share within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Vascular experience and interventional radiology knowledge
  • Associate degree in a related field OR relevant work experience
  • Ability to position products against competitors
  • Strategic mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid US driver's license and active auto liability insurance
  • Able to maintain vendor credentialing standards consistent with hospital account requirements
