Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Conduct tests for engineering teams
  • Communicate with cross-functional experts to build efficiencies around robot operation
  • Set up and operate surgical robots during testing
  • Utilize GLP documentation
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for robot operation
  • Communicate effectively while troubleshooting technical issues alongside robotics and surgical experts
  • Manage inventory of parts, fixtures, tooling, spare parts, and consumables
  • Apply 5S principles to maintain a clean and organized workspace environment
  • Perform additional projects or duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of troubleshooting/testing experience, or equivalent
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Prior experience in robotics operation, maintenance, or related fields
  • Research or (pre)clinical experience in a medical or scientific setting
  • Solid understanding of engineering first principles

Pay

Hourly Range: $24.52 — $40.87/Hr USD
