About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Neurology to provide direct patient care in a hospital setting. Note: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs
- Developing individualized care plans
- Delivering patient and family education on managing neurological conditions and post-treatment care
- Working on a 21-bed neurosurgery unit caring for patients with cranial or spinal surgeries, strokes, or neurological deficits
Qualifications
- Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree with RN licensure
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and less than two years of experience
