Job Description & Requirements This facility is seeking two Neurosurgery Physician Assistants (PAs) for locum tenens support to assist with a variety of neurosurgical duties. Responsibilities Include Managing new patient consults, pre-operative evaluations, and history & physicalsPerforming inpatient rounding, surgical assisting, discharges, and post-operative follow-upsHandling cases in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with experience in spine surgery and neurosurgical care preferredWorking 10-hour shifts, four days a week, with no nights or weekendsUtilizing Cerner EMR systemProviding care across surgical and clinical environmentsCredentialing within approximately 90 days Qualifications & Skills Active California Medical License and DEA licenseNational Certification through NCCPABasic Life Support (BLS) certification
