Role Overview

Provides direct patient care in an outpatient setting, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
• Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, along with ongoing professional development.
• Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized care plans with clear goals, collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural background.
• Using critical nursing skills to evaluate patient conditions and adapt care accordingly.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (RN license required).
• No prior experience necessary; Bachelor’s Degree and two years of experience preferred.
• Safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
