About the Role

AdventHealth Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA-C) to join an established, high-performing Neurosurgery practice serving East Volusia.

• Clinical-focused neurosurgery position with some OR responsibilities
• Established neurosurgery practice with strong physician collaboration
• Dedicated office space and experienced support staff
• Approximately 13–15 patients per day
• Call 1–2 weekends per month
• Opportunity to join a growing neurosurgery program in an expanding community

Requirements

• APRN or PA-C
• 3+ years of APP experience preferred
• Neurosurgery and stroke experience preferred
• Fellowship training in Neurosurgery is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Mission-aligned clinician who enjoys working collaboratively in a clinical-focused neurosurgery practice
