Neurosurgeon - Locum Tenens Coverage

Position Overview Provide comprehensive neurosurgical services across inpatient, clinic, and operating room settings in a Level III trauma facility.Manage day shifts and 24-hour call coverage with a 1:3 call ratio, responding to emergency consultations and performing neurosurgical procedures.Maintain prescriptive authority and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams for a diverse patient population of all ages.Support staff includes three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).Handle a caseload of 0-5 calls per 24 hours, with responsibilities including trauma activations and emergency interventions. Qualifications & Skills Board certification is negotiable.Strong clinical skills in neurosurgery and ability to provide continuous emergency coverage.Excellent coordination and communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork.
