Neurosurgeon - Locum Tenens

This role involves providing adult general neurosurgery services in an inpatient setting with a focus on trauma cases. Responsibilities include responding to a 20-minute call, managing VP shunt and ICP monitor placements, and performing spinal surgeries with or without instrumentation. Candidates must have trauma experience, stroke certification, and ACLS and BLS certifications. Key duties include handling 14-21 shifts per month with a 24-hour beeper call schedule. Additional benefits include paid malpractice, pre-paid travel and housing expenses, and competitive hourly compensation ranging from $320.00 to $400.00.
