For our client, we are seeking a Neuroscience Specialist CNS- Bakersfield CA (los Angeles CA Bakersfield CA Lancaster Ca) to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a consumer-facing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,362 – $166,750 annually Responsibilities Engage HCPs using virtual and digital tools to provide product information Direct customers to other specialists as needed for enhanced service Solicit customer feedback to improve engagement quality Facilitate speaker programs to share insights and enhance knowledge Organize discussions among local provider groups on patient outcomes Provide local market insights to inform strategic direction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust engagement strategies Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales Preferred experience in CNS, psychiatry, or ADHD Experience launching a new product or indication is a plus Must live within 50 miles of the sales territory primary city Cross-functional experience in commercial life sciences beneficial 4+ years in a sales role with HCPs, ideally with multiple products Strong ability to work in a changing environment and handle ambiguity Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Tuition reimbursement and student loan assistance Generous 401(k) matching program Flexible time off and paid holidays Short-term and long-term disability insurance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
