About the role
Our Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior is seeking to hire a full-time Neuropsychologist to join our Operation Mend Program. Operation Mend is part of the Warrior Care Network, a nationally recognized, unique program that provides specialized surgical and psychological care for veterans, service members, and their caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct neuropsychological and psychological evaluations
- Write reports regarding test findings
- Make behavioral and functional recommendations based on test results
- Provide feedback to patients and their families regarding assessment results
- Provide manualized cognitive training to veterans and caregivers
- Supervise neuropsychology trainees, in collaboration with other team neuropsychologists
Requirements
- PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
- Valid California Psychologist License
- Minimum 2 years of postdoctoral training in clinical neuropsychology
Skills
- Skills in developing rapport with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
- Experience working successfully in a team environment
- Ability to work closely with other members of the clinical and research teams
Pay
$63.75/hr - $84.08/hr
