About the role

The Neuropsychologist will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks within the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence. This role is contracted (1099) and hybrid, allowing flexibility between Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Rapid City, South Dakota.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build a robust network aligned with the Neurodiversity Center of Excellence's mission.
  • Identify and onboard new providers who align with the center’s values and treatment protocols.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new providers into the center’s operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in neurodiversity care to inform network development strategies.

Requirements

  • M.D. or Ph.D. in Neuropsychology or related field.
  • At least 5 years of clinical neuropsychological experience.
  • Experience in contract-based roles and/or working with healthcare provider networks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Board-certified in Neuropsychology.
  • Knowledge of neurodiversity conditions and their management.
  • Experience with telehealth services and remote patient care.

Skills

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
