Neuropsychologist - Contract (1099) - South Dakota

About the role

The Neurodiversity Center of Excellence is seeking a contract neuropsychologist to support provider network development in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Rapid City, South Dakota. This position will be part of a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neuropsychological evaluations to assess cognitive functioning and identify areas of strength and weakness.
• Develop and implement strategies to integrate neurodiversity into healthcare practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance understanding and support of neurodiverse patients.
• Provide training and education on neurodiversity for healthcare staff.

Requirements

• PhD in Psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology.
• Current license to practice neuropsychology in South Dakota.
• Experience working with individuals who have neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of neurodiversity and its impact on healthcare delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote and in-person setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
