About the role

The Neuropsychologist will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks focused on neurodiversity within the Provider Network Development – Neurodiversity Center of Excellence program. This role is contracted (1099) and operates in a hybrid work setting between St. Louis, Missouri and Kansas City, Missouri.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to build and expand the network of neurodiversity-focused services.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners and assess their alignment with the center's goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of new providers into the network.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding healthcare provider partnerships.
  • Prepare and present reports on network development progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A Doctorate in Psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in neuropsychological assessment and intervention.
  • Knowledge of neurodiversity and its impact on healthcare delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Current licensure to practice neuropsychology in Missouri.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultural competency.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with healthcare provider contracting and negotiation.
