About the role
The Neuropsychologist will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks focused on neurodiversity within the Provider Network Development – Neurodiversity Center of Excellence program. This role is contracted (1099) and offers a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand neurodiversity-focused services.
- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for growth in the neurodiversity space.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies for neurodiversity initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to neurodiversity services.
Requirements
- A Doctorate in Psychology with a specialization in neuropsychology.
- Current licensure as a Psychologist in at least one state.
- Experience in provider network development and/or neurodiversity services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of neurodiversity issues.
- Knowledge of healthcare policy and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
