About the role
The Neuropsychologist will be responsible for developing and managing provider networks focused on neurodiversity within the Provider Network Development – Neurodiversity Center of Excellence program. This role is contracted (1099) and offers a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to establish and expand neurodiversity-focused services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in neurodiversity services
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to promote the Provider Network Development – Neurodiversity Center of Excellence
Requirements
- PhD in Psychology, Neuroscience, or related field
- APA-accredited internship or equivalent experience
- Current licensure as a neuropsychologist in at least one state
- Experience in provider network development and/or neurodiversity services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders
- Knowledge of best practices in neurodiversity services
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
