Neuropsychologist
About the role
QLI is seeking a skilled psychologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide clinical expertise, conduct neuropsychological evaluations, and foster deep relationships with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise and consultation for a population of diagnostic groups including those with acquired brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions.
- Conduct and supervise neuropsychological evaluations for inpatient clients.
- Occasionally perform outpatient evaluations.
- Offer supportive education and therapy services as part of the psychology department team.
- Adhere to legal, professional, and ethical codes regarding privacy and confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with teams at all organizational levels and relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Show strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Collaborate with the psychology department team and participate in the Nebraska Internship Consortium in Professional Psychology.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an APA-accredited program.
- Current and unencumbered license in the State of NE or eligibility to obtain one within 6 months of hire.
- Annual flu vaccine required during flu season.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of organization and attention to detail.
- A strong interest in collaborative teamwork and research.
- Ability to pass a fitness assessment and perform all physical activities related to the position.
- Regular attendance in your assigned role is essential.

Schedule
This is a Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm full-time position with no formal on-call designated times.
