About the role

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian Neurologist at Nellis AFB in Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases and disorders of the nervous system.
• Provide immediate evaluation and management of emergency problems as they occur.
• Capable of performing lumbar punctures, interpreting nerve conduction studies and electromyography.
• Perform evoked potentials and electroencephalograms.
• Capable of providing chemo denervation (such as botulinum toxin injections) for common neurological conditions.

Requirements

• Successful completion of ACGME approved Neurology Medical Residency.
• Minimum of 2 years of neurologic clinical experience required.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• Board certification in adult Neurology.
• Unrestricted Medical License in Nevada.
