Hospital-based neurology opportunity in a community near the Mississippi River. The area offers a cost of living 10% lower than the national average and is a short drive to Baton Rouge, home of LSU Tigers, museums, water parks, the Riverwalk, the Zoo, and vibrant nightlife, live music, and fine dining.

Practice Details

• Traditional inpatient and outpatient neurology practice
• 10 days of call per month
• Currently utilizing Teleneurology/Telestroke

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Ability to obtain and maintain a medical license in Louisiana
• Completion of medical school and residency
• Clean record and DEA certification
• Ideal candidate can handle a significant inpatient portion of cases, including stroke
• Open to candidates with or without U.S. residency, provided they have a current U.S. work visa
