Responsibilities
- Conducting consults
- Evaluating patients
- Credentialed Botox administration for migraines
- Managing patient cases within the electronic medical record system (Cerner)
- Performing assessments
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
Qualifications
- AZ licensure or compact license
- Ability to handle consults and patient evaluations
- Proficiency with EMR systems
Schedule
Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 4:30 pm; Friday, 8 am to 12 pm with admin time.
