About the role
We are seeking a Neurologist specializing in Muscular Sclerosis (MS) to join a 5-provider practice located in the Austin, TX area. The practice offers physical therapy (PT), infusion services, and research opportunities to support MS patients. It currently manages 400 active MS patients.
Responsibilities
- Treatment and management of MS patients
- Collaboration with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals
- Participation in clinical research related to MS
- Assessment and treatment of MS-related complications
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Neurology
- Current Texas medical license
- Experience with MS management and treatment
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of MS pathophysiology
- Proficiency in MS diagnostic tools and procedures
- Experience with MS patient care and management
