Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care
• Educate patients and families on illness management and medication
• Ensure patient safety
• Participate in quality and regulatory activities
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations

Requirements

• Safety-sensitive role demanding alertness and safe work practices

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree
• Current RN licensure
• Preferably a Bachelor's degree
• At least two years of experience
