About the Role

Join our team in Prescott, AZ, to provide expert diagnosis, advanced treatment, and ongoing health management for patients experiencing neurological conditions. You will deliver comprehensive neurological care, performing both general and advanced procedures to improve patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat diverse neurological conditions, including MS, Parkinson’s, Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Seizures, Stroke, Balance Issues, Neuropathy, Migraine, ALS, Ataxia, Bell’s Palsy, and Cerebral Palsy.
• Conduct procedures such as EMG-NCV, EEG, Lumbar Puncture, Botox, Occipital Blocks, and Myobloc.
• Manage inpatient consults (13-15 per week, 40 minutes each) and rotational call schedule.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including General Surgery, Surgical Subspecialties, Pathology, and Radiology.
• Handle a patient load of 15-18 per day in an outpatient clinic (Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm; Friday, 8am-12pm).
• Perform inpatient consults (0-3 per day) before 8am, during lunch, or after 4pm.
• Participate in a call schedule of 9 days per month, including one weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday).

Requirements

• MD or DO Degree.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Neurology.
• Completed ACGME-accredited fellowship training and/or current ABMS Board Certification in Neurology.
• Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital/surgical privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals.
• Active or eligible medical license in the state of Arizona.

Pay

$314,995 - $338,270 per year.

Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8am-4pm (clinic patients).
• Friday: 8am-12pm (clinic).

• Call schedule: 9 days per month, including one weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday).
