About the role
This role involves practicing big-city medicine in a small-town setting, collaborating with multiple specialists, and providing access to advanced treatments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with 1 additional inpatient neurologist and 2 outpatient Neurologists.
- Work closely with primary care providers, other specialties, and support staff.
- Participate in consultative services including stroke management.
- Engage with ICU providers and Hospitalist teams.
- Read EEGs as part of the clinical routine.
- Adapt to a flexible schedule that supports both clinical and personal life.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school.
- Residency trained in Neurology.
- Board certification or eligibility in Neurology.
- Active, unobstructed Montana medical license or the ability to obtain one.
- Passionate about Neurology and inpatient care.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing complex neurological cases.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of EPIC EMR system.
Skills

- Proficiency in clinical decision-making.

Pay
$412,750 for fellowship-trained positions, with incentives including a $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus, and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus.
Schedule
The position is a shift-based role with a weekly schedule of 40 hours.
Location
The role is located at St. Vincent Regional Neuroscience Center in Billings, Montana.
