About the Role
Neurodiagnostic techs are expected to progress through a career ladder covering multiple modalities including EEG, long-term monitoring, nerve conduction studies, evoked potentials, and intraoperative monitoring (depending on the facility). Depending on the facility, Neurodiagnostic Techs are also expected to apply Holter monitors as well as review and prepare readings for providers.
Schedule
PRN (as needed to cover open work shifts and on-call shifts). Only one full-time tech at CW.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 12 hours of completed college courses including English (Composition 1 preferred)
- Demonstrates successful completion of all competencies of Neurodiagnostic Tech I
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- BLS certification required
This position is authorized for 0.01 hours bi-weekly.
