Neuro Registered Nurse

Role: Night RN or Graduate Nurse Resident on the Neuro unit. Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients with neurological conditions.Perform focused assessments and monitor neuro status.Administer medications and respond to changes in patient conditions.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.Educate patients and families about their conditions and care plans.Document patient information accurately in the EHR.Support safe patient discharges and transition of care. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license or Graduate Nurse Resident status.Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.
