About the Role

The Department of Microbiology, Immunology, and Cancer Biology (MIC) at the University of Virginia invites outstanding applicants for an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor position in Neuro-Oncology / CNS Malignancies. The successful candidate will conduct laboratory research and may serve as a physician-scientist with clinical duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent laboratory research in neuro-oncology or CNS malignancies.
• Potential clinical duties as a physician-scientist (if applicable).

Requirements

• Focus on cancer immunology, signaling, genomics, epigenetics, metabolism, or therapeutics.
• Open to both academic researchers and physician-scientists.

Pay

$140,000–$210,000 a year
