Neuro ICU Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized critical care to high-acuity neurological patients
• Perform comprehensive neuro assessments and interpret neuro monitoring data
• Manage ventilators and titrate critical drips as needed
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient status to ensure optimal outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team
• Utilize evidence-based protocols to guide patient care

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license with critical care or neuro ICU experience preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and rapid decision-making skills
• Ability to interpret neuro monitoring data accurately
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Duties

Deliver expert neuro-critical care, coordinate with team members, and utilize protocols to improve patient outcomes in a fast-paced ICU environment.
